Veterans, Let's Show Them How It's Done

The California Democratic Party began a contest to increase membership in the DEM2012 contribution program. The program involves a monthly contribution by automatic debit.
 
For the contest, the person who gets the most number of people to sign up for the program wins two hours of State Controller John Chiang's time.

This is a wonderful opportunity for our Caucus to promote the Democratic Party across California.
 
I am coordinating an effort to win this contest for our Caucus and for the Veterans Democratic Club of San Diego.

If I win the prize, I will ask Mr Chiang to volunteer two hours at the Wounded Warrior Project.
